* THESE ARE FOR MOBILE TEAM SPECIFIC * Just too much manual testing (Regression, adHoc, RC, Nightly calls, release readiness etc...). You won't be able to find time for automation * Regression suite has around 3000 > manual tests and it increasing regularly as new stories come * NO WORK-LIFE balance. You are supposed to join nightly calls ( generally around 9PM to 1 am central) at least 2-3 times per month * POs do not know the product very well. So when you have a question then good luck. * Working on holidays (like labor day) to do migration but given 2 vacation days. Not sure if this is a cons or pros:) * There will be tons of confluence page links thrown at to you. Good luck to find what you need * No training.
