Multiple Company Policy Violations
Pros
Free produce from re-pack area, a small handful of good people who work there. Okay pay rates, decent benefits, really good alternative benefits for schooling.
Cons
Toxic work environment. Does not follow company policies when reporting coworkers for violating policies or for bad behaviors. Allows people to work who with machinery that fall asleep on shift and are under the influence of drugs while on shift. No regards to employee safety. One person running two separate departments who is related to customer service individuals. Open door policy is a joke. Retaliation against the person complaining or reporting incidences to their supervisor/managers goes unchecked and creates hostility amongst other workers. Malicious gossiping by certain employees daily/nightly. Information that is supposed to be confidential with management gets spread through out the office. Upper management does not care about the well being of their employees and over works them. Extremely short staffed in their warehouse to the point employees are working 150 plus hours per pay period or more. Revolving door for employment, sometimes in less than a week of being hired.
