      Good benefits but very trigger-happy when it comes to layoffs

      Pros

      Health and financial (retirement savings) benefits are very good. Many of the employees are very friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      You really never know when the next large layoff will occur. At least some of the management is inexperienced. They and and many of their employees are severely over-burdened and underpaid.

      people are nice and friendly. Good team work. No quick turnaround. Management is able to talk and listen to your concersn.
