Pros
The hours were good if you only had to work what you were scheduled and the benefits were decent. The H.R. team were a very helpful group of ladies.
Cons
Management was for the most part terrible. This particular location pretty much swears by the buddy system. Production was constantly stop and go. When it's busy they're forcing people to work 50-60 hour weeks and then they'll run out of work and lay employees off for a few weeks rather than just work a continuous steady pace. Pay was an absolute joke! They have two pay scales. One for employees grandfathered in on the old pay scale with a much higher top out rate and then all new hires are on the new pay scale which started at a low wage and doesn't go too much higher than that. Example; 2 employees who work side by side doing the same exact job but one is topped out at $20.50/hr and the other is topped out at $15.50/hr. These are actual numbers. I absolutely do not recommend working here.
