Unlike most IT-based service providers, Charter Global has open work culture. Perks are awesome with flexible work timings once you complete mandatory probation period. here are my highlights of the workplace; 1. comfortable location with pick-drop cab service 2. clutter-free office area 3. cordial colleagues 4. hygienic rest rooms 5. modern day cafeteria 6. Wi-Fi within space, but with privileged access 7. Happy people who smile a lot 8. Yearly gathering and celebrations we get goodies like laptop bags, complementary gifts on weddings, child birth and birthdays (birthday cakes and promotion/ work anniversaries celebrated with jovial mood.) 9. Perfect place to earn experience and get some seriously credible market knowledge

Cons

- lacks cultural diversity. Now the things are changing with talented candidates hired from all parts of the country. - females may not enjoy the space as not many adventurous and thrill loving people around. plus sex ratio is slightly on male-dominated. Again HR doing excellent hiring to balance this out. - Wish it had a gaming and TV zone.. but high-speed internet and WIFI is the answer to it. - Still no WORK FROM HOME option.... Looking ahead for it
