Pros

Nothing good to share..

Cons

These people have been in business from last 20 years but still a child company who does not follow any rules or practices and just only give false promises. They will never pay on time and worse sufferers are the contractors who get paid only after many repeated requests and follow-up's. Their payments are usual 2-3 months late. DON'T WORK WITH THEM or give your business.

We encourage readers to review the balance of responses on here. A public forum displays both positive and negative comments, and seasoned professionals understand the nature of business today and that there is often more to the story than what you see here. Charter Global has a global, diverse workforce, and we are proud to have direct client relationships with Fortune 1000 companies. Our legal team follows best practices recommended by Amlaw 200 law firms that specialize in employment, immigration compliance, and H-1Bs. We are excited to have an electronic I-9 process for remote hires and we are completely paperless in the age of connected devices. To improve communications and interactions between our clients and our consultants, we have an onsite employee relations coordinator who is dedicated to working closely with our consultants to gather feedback and respond to their needs. Our Atlanta headquarters are located in a premier corporate facility in the perimeter area, and we are looking forward to moving to a similar facility in the same area this fall to be closer to our clients in the fast-growing fintech domain.
