Lots of days off, good people to work with, good benefits, nice gain share checks

Cons

Long hours, too many office people getting payed to do nothing, production over quality, higher payed temps than long term employees. Hard to move up. Mediocre pay

Pros

Outstanding experience. As an Intern it will put you way ahead of your classmates. Since Charter Automotive is a smaller company you will have hands on real life experience. The company is currently restructuring its interns allowing them to flow in between design, R&D, and manufacturing.
