      Pros

      The company is very successful and is always looking to improve its game. We recently acquired another business in Wisconsin which adds opportunity.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition the work hours certainly increased and at times management is focused in other areas. This is all understandable, but we need to make sure the work does not become too much
