The people at Charter are extremely dedicated and passionate. The stories you hear from employees who have been with the company for 20+ years is actually common. The overall camaraderie is like nothing I have ever seen.

Cons

You may get your self involved in to many different projects and it can be difficult to get things across the finish line.
