      Poor staffing within company, management and HR favoritisms. If you do not have a 4 year degree do not plan on advancing in an Administrative roll.

      Avoid their processing plant

      Pros

      Rolling mill and melt Shop are great places to work. Most management is great to work for in both of these plants.

      Cons

      Their processing plant has a totally different culture than the other 2 plants. The whole structure of leadership and HR in that plant is corrupt. Beware.
