      Pros

      Fun place to work, pretty exciting to see how the process actually works, and hot so you will drop about 8lbs of water weight easily in the summer.

      Cons

      Extremely dirty, shifts going against other shifts, and they need to work their team efforts a little more.

      There isn’t any, unless you have no life.

      Cons

      Rules only apply to certain people, only way to move up is to be a suck up. Human Resources only help themselves. illegals will be your best coworkers, so learn Spanish. And get ready to live for your job, because that’s ALL you’ll have time for.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an entry level position, super easy job, lots of down time especially on nights, get to work with heavy equipment

      Cons

      Hard to get in if you dont know anybody there, extremely cold in winter/hot in summer, 12 hour shifts, takes a while to move around based on seniority
