Intentional safety culture, committed to quality product, and generally comfortable working atmosphere. Higher ups seem to genuinely want to continuously improve.

Cons

Don't negotiate time off, merit raise pools are arguably too small. You are compensated for your time and effort, not for your performance.

Fun place to work, pretty exciting to see how the process actually works, and hot so you will drop about 8lbs of water weight easily in the summer.

Cons

Extremely dirty, shifts going against other shifts, and they need to work their team efforts a little more.
