      Unlimited opprtunities to advance.Good pay.Good work environment.decent hours and they supply everyone with the tools and knowledge needed to do the job safely and correctly without curing corners.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes ours hard to balance life and work when you have a family at home.dusty hot summers and freezing winters depending on where you work on three mill.

      -Excellent benefits -Flexible schedule -Friendly atmosphere in administrative areas

      Cons

      -High turn over -Single points of failure -Process driven focus has hurt rather than striving for results -4 divisions that don't communicate with each other well, corporate needs to step in and provide company direction
