      Unlimited opprtunities to advance.Good pay.Good work environment.decent hours and they supply everyone with the tools and knowledge needed to do the job safely and correctly without curing corners.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes ours hard to balance life and work when you have a family at home.dusty hot summers and freezing winters depending on where you work on three mill.

      Pros

      Good health Insurance, good pay for the job, nice work schedule, good benefits and provided with work cloths and boots.

      Cons

      Very hot inside and cold in the winter, no room for advancement, a lot of forced overtime to be covered, not enough workers for the job at hand.
