Truly feels like the company cares. You'll see the difference in the first week there. Management is very good aswell. Keep in mind this is for the Melt department.

Cons

12 hour shifts on a 5-2-2-5 schedule seems like a lot for some people, I liked this schedule though.

Work life balance is not present. be ready to be called in during the weekends and holidays. The department is really spread thin and management isn't as present to provide support. The culture is to do it fast and get as many pounds out as possible even it means skipping over preventative maintenance so equipment isn't as reliable.
