      Pros

      Profit sharing checks were decent, the benefits were satisfactory, and it felt like a team-oriented atmosphere. I've heard from a vendor for my current employer that the owners are some of the nicest guys. Overtime was plentiful when I was there but I heard there were a lot of layoffs since COVID dropped.

      Cons

      The atmosphere seemed unhealthful. The safety director did not know the difference between an organic vapor respirator and a dust mask. Everything is hot and heavy. Sometimes, in the winter, everything is cold and heavy.

      Genuinely care about employees. Great culture of CI and teamwork. Definitely feels like a family.
