Pros

I worked with a lot of good people and they made they place semi tolerable.

Cons

Company pretends to care about employees while continuing to add new machines that we didnt have the people to operate. To combat this the began to enforce mandatory overtime so each shift had more people to cover machines. It was supposed to be 1 person per machine but in reality it ended up being 1 person to watching two or even three machines sometimes. While doing this they would be hounding us about scrap costs and production making the job incredibly stressful.
