For the area, the pay is above average, there is opportunity for quick and sustained growth.
I started 3 years ago with a very limited background in Manufacturing and even less so with blown film but was able to progress through the levels rather quickly. It took effort and initiative on my part, and leadership recognizing that I was willing to put in the work to grow. Benefits are pretty decent, a couple different health insurance plans to choose from, dental, vision, 401k with 100% company match up to 5%, flex spending, quarterly bonuses based on safety goals and production/quality metrics, an ownership program that aims to benefit employees by giving shares of the company that will cash out at sale of company. All information about shares, including current value per share, and total amount of shares owned, is readily available online.

Very busy at times, communication can be better, 12 hour shifts (takes some getting used to, but now I will never go back to a 9-5 given the choice).
