Pros

The pay is pretty good, the benefits/401K is better than most companies. The biggest benefit is the support you receive from leadership. The company does very well financially and the executive leadership team fully supports the employee ownership program.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con but the company is widely known as one of the premier film producers and theirs a lot of accountability to keep that recognition.

CNG is a top notch employer. They genuinely care for their employees and show it constantly in some way! Their internal development and opportunities for advancement for employees is great to see. On top of that, CNG also offers a robust benefits package that has been absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend CNG to anyone looking for a genuine employer who lives and breathes their values every day!
