A lot of changes come with with the growth, some people who have been with the business for a long time are resistant to change and new processes.

Good pay and benefits and lots of bonuses and benefits

Cons

Terrible management that doesn’t care about employees, they don’t care about racist remarks or if you need to go on short term disability they quickly remind you how fast they will replace you …they do not care about their employees and it creates a hostile work environment
