Poor training

Pros

Pay is good and schedule was interesting

Cons

The training was one week, and then you get thrown to the wolves. The actual trainer I had didn't even work the full shift I was in training for, and left me with an employee on the line. Once I actually started production, it was intimidating. I kept getting put on things that were unfit for a new employee, and this place is incredibly dangerous if you don't know what is going on. Multiple machines and lines we were asked to do broke safety protocols the company required of us sending very mixed signals. I was once overwhelmed on a line I had no idea what was happening with, and when the QC for the building came in the next day I got yelled at for out of spec materials. The lead I asked for assistance during the night acknowledged that I needed help and then actually ran, in the opposite direction of helping me, not to be seen again.
