Pros

Decent medical coverage with high high out of pocket expenses. Theoretically half the year off, but you sleep days off due to mid nights.

Cons

Shift work with 12 hour rotating shifts. Very high turn over rate due to horrible corporate/holding company policy's. A revolving door for employees with a lot of unqualified new hires constantly. Four people per shift know how to do their job and the rest are new hires or people under 3 years. New "policy's" rolled out every quarter are overwhelming. Plastic industry is very bad for the environment on every level possible.
