Pros

Charter NEX Films is growing and working to hire the best in order to improve it's market share and continue to provide diverse options to help their customer's to provide better end products. Over the last few years, they have been acquiring other companies to add to their product portfolio.

Cons

I was a victim of insufficient forklift training after I moved to a position in the shipping department and suffered a run of bad luck and my employment was terminated. I was not offered the opportunity to return to my previous position or another position within the company. Even a probational-period based position would have been greatly appreciated.
