Pros

In theory you have half the year off due to 12 hour rotating shifts.

Cons

A corporation that owns us is expanding too quickly and implementing more and more policy's and directives. As we add more production lines we do not have the people to operate or package them. This company will be sold every 2-4 years to another holding company as it has several times already. Not stable. Safety is first, people are last.
