great career. tons of room for advancement. great benefits. team oriented. safety truly comes first. minimal micro management. extreme success with growth allowing more and more opportunities to expand. tuition reimbursement. competitive wages. very clean work environment. we have lots of pride. amazing bonuses at all levels. great pay especially when taking into account overtime, which due to our growth has been basically unlimited

Exceptional benefits package and pay for the location. Enjoyable work that keeps you busy. No noticeable seasonal "swing".

Cons

Long and swing shifts are not for everyone. Can be hazardous, but they have an intense focus on safety. Factory floor can get very hot and uncomfortable.
