Pros

This company is rapidly growing. Since I started a little over 2 years ago, this company has gone from 4 plants to 6 plants, with a 7th being built. The Milton plant has tripled in size and the company has gone through ownership changes. The entire workforce for this company is a fun team to work with and has safety as a number one goal.

Cons

Due to how fast this company is growing, there are a lot of overworked and stressed out employees.
