Excellent work life balance, endless possibilities; sustainable business; positive company culture; cleanest factory that I have ever seen; friendly interview process; dedicated HR personal; They treat their employees right.

Cons

If you don't want to work then don't come to next, they expect their employees to do their jobs and not complain about working. If you are board by the typical factory pace and actually want to work, then come to Next.

Great work environment, team atmosphere with co-workers. Only work 3 days one week, and 4 the next. Good insurance. Great 401K benefit plan. Room for advancement. Clean work area's. Recognizes hard workers, working to advance.

Cons

Hot in the summer in the plants.
