Bottom line this is an awesome job. You can get promoted easily if you want to and pay is very good. The work is nowhere near as hard and back breaking as other jobs and you get paid more. If you are thinking about applying for this job DO IT DO IT I PROMISE YOU WANT REGRET IS. Air conditioning and clean environment there is just too many positives

If I had to have a con it would be more money. Do not get me wrong we make really good money but you can’t never have enough money lol

Decent schedule if you can handle 12 hour shifts Benefits are above standard

Cons

Management has poor people skills Prioritizing increased production over short staff Not letting maintenance take the the time to fix and maintain machines. Always short staffed and overworked Pay increase only with "promotion" but only one trainer for technical positions Below market wages
