Pros

Working with customers, some team members were great, others stabbed you in the back without blinking.

Cons

Horrible hours at the In Store branches, an in-store Branch Manager can expect to work six days a week, 70+ hours per week, not kidding. A typical day is 12 to 13 hours on your feet all day, half hour break for lunch standing in the vault room if you're lucky.

Pros

Good for entry level into banking career

Cons

No work-life balance 55 hours is minimum expectation. They offer maternity leave but District Managers give you a hard time if you use full 12 weeks.
