Pros

Decent benefits(health insurance, 401k match)

Cons

If you want to work in customer service, this is the job for you. Your manager will tell you how prestigious this job is, but in reality it's a complete joke. This job is 90% fixing issues customers are having. You make useless cold calls all day long. You'll make next to nothing in this job. Low base salary. Please do yourself a favor and RUN away if you're thinking about working here.

Pros

Comfortable office job. Decent money for a 20 something year old with no degree who's working towards one. Look good on the resume

Cons

*Terrible sales environment. *Poor opportunities. *Brunt of income is commission based and commission opportunities get cut every year. *Terrible manager that only care for you as long as your numbers are good.
