Pros

There really wasn’t any Pros

Cons

Bad management You’re treated like you’re nothing Micromanaged all day long Managers don’t care about employees or clients whatsoever You’re screwed on the salary I was placed in a branch that I didn’t apply for without even meeting the manager Nobody is helpful, when you start you’re expected to figure everything out as you go ****Most importantly, if you’re not a wealthy client they don’t give a **** about you!! **** Employees are trained to only focus on producing sales by any means necessary. The clients best interest is never in consideration. Upper management is of no support. They’re all full of themselves and don’t care one bit about employees. You’re promised so much during the hiring process but once you get there it’s the complete opposite!

Pros

Slightly above average pay, though you have to fight for it.

Cons

Everything is slow. Politics. Lacks sense of direction. Pretty typical for a large enterprise (same with Nationwide & Cardinal Health).
