Pros

Benefits & work/life balance

Cons

If you don’t kiss butt, you won’t get anywhere in this company. Most of their depts close, and they will attempt to put their employees on write ups with false information to prevent them having to pay for unemployment or providing a service package. Managers are scared of upper management and never protect their representatives. Their turn around on employees is crazy.
