Policies aren't that great, scheduling is bad, prioritization issues from management

No Family/Work balance - they give you sick days, but if you take them you get either a verbal or written warning which impacts bonus. Horrible schedule - whatever hours they need you to cover without consideration of your time. Will make you drive to work a 3 hour shift instead of extending hours on other days. Management is either hit or miss - had several great managers, but the last few years it seems like they only hired frat-like boys.
