The pay is not great, The return to office practice if not flexible and management tracks when you come in, there is limited opportunity for people of color. This is seen is the number of people that are leaving. People at the top is stuck in their old way of doing things.

It's such a large organization, that there tends to be a lot of re-work and inefficiencies. Also, a lot of meetings so you don't have time to do your work within the 9-5 hours. Most people I know were working nights/ weekends to constantly catch up. Leadership was very disconnected from employee struggles and there are no SMEs in marketing or product due to turnover.
