Not a Bad Company

Pros

Experience and opportunities to grow are fruitful. The customers and the team you work with can make the whole difference. The baseline and core values of Chase are reasonable overall and it has amazing benefits.

Cons

The frequently add additional responsibilities without sufficient pay compensation and have made numerous 'slap-in-the-face-' transitions over the years. Additionally, this is NOT a bank for all. There is a huge catering towards wealthier clients - we have mortgage programs for less affluent clients that we had not been aware of and still have little to no information regarding those programs. Management can also be an issue depending on what manager or market director you work under. It is a numbers game too so expect a lot of cold calling and getting grilled if you are not pushing for sales hard enough.
