Pros

They are a huge bank, with plenty of money to through around to "Buy" your loyalty. The Brand is a household name, so customers are more open to at least hearing what you have to offer. The benefits are great of course.....the PTO is great once you earn it. You will either hate or love your job, depending on who your mgr is and their competency of their role. Literally that simple. 50/50.

Cons

You are under constant fear of losing your job! There is constant change (especially in sales of course). Now, it sounds normal in Corp America, but not when the change seems to always come from someone with a fancy degree, but has never done your job. They don't have a clue how that change will affect you or the customer. They are laser focused on Reports, ONLY! It doesn't matter how much you sell/close, if the report says you should be written up and managed out, you will be without any hesitation whatsoever. Top Producers on down. I thought I loved Chase, until I left. And found out that I was brainwashed into thinking they were the only "game in town."

Pros

Benefits were good and I had a great manager. She really advocated for me. The pay was also decent and I got a little bump after Covid

Cons

Not too much room to grow upward
