Pros

The pros are Pay and Benefits.

Cons

The cons are everything. The atmosphere is very clicky. Everyone is in certain groups. No one has respect for each other. Every phone call is someone cussing you out or crying and you have no resources to truly help them. Your job is to collect money even if it's not there.
