Pros

Had the opportunity to work with some incredibly dedicated and hardworking colleagues at Chase Travel. Despite ongoing changes and challenges, the team consistently puts in their best effort to support clients and deliver positive travel experiences.

Cons

There are areas where the company could improve. The salary is not competitive, and the benefits are quite basic. Flexibility is limited, and the environment feels more like a call center than a role for experienced travel advisors. Unfortunately, communication from management is often lacking, which creates confusion and frustration. For instance, sudden schedule changes and extended training periods can be challenging, especially when these details aren't communicated in advance. Processes are very complex and can make daily tasks more difficult than necessary. While employees continue to work hard in hopes of positive changes, those improvements have been slow to materialize.

Pros

Paid to obtain Series 6,7,and 63.

Cons

Aggressive sales environment that overshadows customer service and experience. Rotating cast of employees, never enough to service the public. Cold Calling.
