Benefits are great; paid holidays, sick time and vacation.

It can stressfull depending on which are you are in. The manager you work for can make a difference of day or night!

Pros

The benefits are basically the only thing keeping me with the company.

Cons

Irrelevant training modules despite not having a role that's even remotely affiliated with banking. A million red hoops to jump through just to launch a campaign or execute a message. Most of the leadership doesn't actually provide solutions, they just like to sit in meetings and make excuses why nothing ever moves forward.
