Pros

Good starting job you can get as a part-time while you are still in school. Hours are very flexible in a busy location. You will get the in and outs of banking to be able to talk the talk in your interview for an actual entry level position in banking related fields like anti money laundering. If you can move to an assistant supervisor or manager assistant in another less busy branch, you can get more opportunities outside. All in all a good starting place when you have nothing under your belt.

Cons

Remember to use it as a starting point. Learn as much as you can. And start applying to New positions as soon as you are comfortable doing so. Do not plan on staying for long.
