1. Diversity - all cultures are represented in a great way (except the c-suite) 2. Full range of opportunities

1. Pay for performance methodology does not exist - you can receive the highest performance rating possible and be rewarded a 0% merit increase. 2. There are a number of employees that were promoted from Administrative Assistant positions to management over strategic areas without even knowing the definition of the word "strategy".
