Pros

The Insurance coverage is good.

Cons

You work on your time off. You’re expected to work over 40 but if you hit 45 hours over you need approval and why your closings/BoB doesn’t support overtime. You’re expected to control the actions of bank employees. Benefits are poor for FTHB and CPC clients but you have to push how great the program is
