Pros

Very good benefits to compare with other banks.

Cons

Licenses are useless and so unnecessary for my position, as we are not allowed to qive any suggestions or investment advice or have any involvement in the JPMorgan side .. even though you generate money for the wealth management. Very pushing....

Pros

there are lots of benefits, PTO, Sick time, great team environment. Chase has a lot of networking opportunities with other departments and lots of internal mobility, although you do have to outperform.

Cons

depending on your department it will be super busy or chill. I work the spanish collections line at night, it is a slow pace max 80 calls a day. most calls last 5-10 min. english has 120-140 on an easy day. Lots of metrics, disclosures, you have to remember for merely taking payments. very competitive, not a lot of upward mobility spots.
