Pros

Good benefits, lots of opportunities to move around, lots of opportunities to learn, good work life balance for the most part, company is stable and does well.

Cons

In office 5 days a week, lots of politics and cooks in the kitchen, slow and cumbersome processes and older technology that makes the work hard to execute.
