Pros

- Free licensing - Good brand name - Gained a great network through the clientele I work with. - Lots of opportunity to practice and fine tune your sales skills since, you're in front of many prospects on a day to day basis.

Cons

- It is hard to build a more profitable relationship with the client based on their current sales strategy. They tell us to sell un-needed credit cards and debit cards to customers in order to gain trust to sell investments or mortgages. What kind of sales strategy is that? - They're interested in the client when they're in the process of onboarding but, doesn't care about them when the client needs help after the fact. - It is hard to feel like you're growing professionally when your knowledge base is limited to learning how to only sell convenience services. Joint calls with any of your business partners(business, investments, mortgages, etc) are frowned upon. How are you supposed to succeed and get promoted into a higher level sales position within the company(or any other firm) when you're not taught anything besides how to sell credit/debit cards or talk to people into getting a checking account with company? - There are a lot of interesting positions within the company to move into however, the company does nothing to help you get prepared for those positions. Even if you're a top producing rep, you feel like you're not qualified to do anything else because you don't have the proper knowledge or experience to apply for anything. Selling a million credit/debit cards, direct deposit, and online bill pays gives you experience to prepare for what?

Pros

1. You get a chance to get your hands dirty on new tech stack. 2. Company acknowledges and awards innovation.

Cons

1. No work-life balance. Only work, no life 2. Most of the delivery managers are non-techy... they end up committing deadlines to PO which very hard to achieve. 3. As said in point-2, since most of the managers are non-technical, the appraisals are good only if either you are a bootlicker or if the bootlicker is your friend. The DM are not in position to evaluate the engineer based on his/her knowledge. 4. Bonuses can be as high as £19000 or as low as £1000 per annum 5. Hardly any scope for growth if you are not part of any lobby !!!
