GREAT BENEFITS, Hard to leave team, Everyone loves the people

Cons

Moved miles away to work for 54K a year but finished the year at 14K. and if you worked hard and meet your goals( phone time, etc) you will not get credit for it

Great benefits package Hard to get fired unless a major economic tragedy occurs and they have to fire people Meet and interact with great people

Cons

Don't pay in comparison to their competitors They feel that your job is your life Not willing to compromise with the employee Treat employees as if they are replacable and doesn't value them
