Pros

Good vacation and sick days

Cons

Severely over staffed branches, not tellers, just bankers, you just stand around all day, with nothing to do. Too many branches close together, no customer loyalty. Expensive health benefits, most employees have no insurance benefits at all, incompetent mgt, VERY LONG HOURS, Call nights, were you have to stay until 7:30pm,weekly, bad for single parents, compensation and incentive pay is terrible, way below market, incentive plan constantly changes, 3times a year.

Good benefits. Incentive pay is upwards of 20 % of base salary. Chase is all over the country. Variety of positions available.

Cons

Company is too big. Position changed from salary to hourly resulted in loss of 2 week vacation. Constantly busy.
