Pros

Overall great company to work for - allows for flexibility for work/life and supports working moms. Good benefits and great amount of time off for sick days, vacation time and maternity leave.

Cons

Flexibility is given by the company, but needs to be manager approved. If you have an understanding manager, things will do smoothly. If not, well....that makes things much more difficult.

Pros

great place to work. good people, and great management. All the tools needed to grow and move up within the company

Cons

constantly working Saturdays and the base salary can be better compared to other competitors but your bonuses offset the lack of base salary.

Pros

No cap on commission and unlimited earning potential if you work hard. Good opportunity for advancement or to move to other departments.

Cons

I could not use any of the sales and service skills I have learned over the last 15 years. You are forced to do things their way which is forced upon you by upper management. There is forceful management, not leadership.
