Pros

Very friendly from the branch I worked at least. I like the environment there. Good vacation time and sick time.

Cons

the branch gets very busy at time, you have to be able to multi-task sometimes specially during noon where many people come to bank during their lunch time.

Pros

Co-workers are easy going for the most part. Good benefits. Still some good employees left who care about customers/clients.

Cons

Enormous disconnect between Management and Bankers. Always-changing and difficult incentive program. Personal Bankers = checking account slaves. HORRIBLE SALARY.

Pros

There are some good people working there - not management 4 weeks vacation very good if you get it approved by management

Cons

Market Manager and District Manager are only interested in numbers... want you to treat people as robots or idiots. They have to "Work the lobby" and treat the customers as sales opportunity. MM and DMs do not want you to build a relationship with customers - all they want is to get to the next customer
