Pros

Great Benefits Great people to be around Great compensation (read cons)

Cons

Management- Please dont be afraid to raise an issue within your staff people have issues and you just blow them off and keep going to save yourself NO SUPPORT! New Management-have already fired several people taking their job and authority to the extremes. Our staff works hard and Under an STRESSFUL environment and we are compensated but we have the feeling that you don't want us to be because you keep changing the way our compensation structure is so that we cant achieve our goals LEAVE IT ALONE! If its not broke don't break it!

Pros

The pay is decent and there is room to advance. They will also pay for you to get licensed. Yeah!

Cons

Nothing you do is ever good enough. They make you use high pressure sales tatics which annoy customers. Constant anxiety working there.
